Please review the following general information.

How to contact us:

An RMA number will be valid for 90 days. If material is not received within 90 days, the number will be cancelled.
Complete repair or refurbishment costs generally range from 30% to 60% of the value of new. A firm quotation wil be provided after evaluation of the part.
An evaluation fee ($150-$250) will be charged for items returned unrepaired or scrapped at the customer's direction.
CAUTION: Please package PC Assemblies in ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) approved packaging to prevent sensitive components from being damaged. Non-ESD packaging will void the warranty.
Avtron warrants for one year from date of shipment:
- Workmanship performed on all material.
- Replacement parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
